1 | Free Discovery Call (30 min)
A call to determine if I may be the right professional to help you.
2 | Consultation (In-Person/Virtual, 1.5-2 hrs)
We establish what your goals are, why they're important to you, what you need to successfully achieve them, and if we are a great fit to work together. This includes a joint-by-joint Movement Screen and clarification of the timeline of your custom program.
3 | Assess, Adapt & Fortify
We start with 1-1 sessions, education and additional testing to create a plan that's customized to your needs and goals. We continue your custom program so you build competence, confidence, and autonomy in base movements, a more resilient mindset, the application of intensity, and how to communicate with me as your coach.
4 | Reclaim Your Freedom
You are consistently and successfully applying the skills you've learned to live a pain-free, active life!
