The Process
1 | Free Discovery Call (30 minutes)
A virtual call to learn more about you, what you need help with and to determine if I may be the right professional to help you.
2 | Consultation (In Person or Virtual, 1.5-2 hours)
During the consultation, we take a deeper dive to establish exactly what your goals are, why they're important to you, what you need to successfully achieve those goals, and if we are a great fit to work together. I'll guide you through a joint-by-joint Movement Screen - the foundation for understanding how well your body moves, if and where you may feel any pain or irritation and to what degree, and start identifying what will be prioritized in your program. The consultation also helps us clarify the timeline over which your custom program will happen based on your starting point and where you want to be.
3 | Assess, Adapt & Fortify
When you enroll, we start with 1-1 sessions with lifestyle education and additional strength, competency and tolerance testing that builds on your flexibility and mobility assessment to create a plan that's customized to your needs and goals. We continue proper dosing of your custom program in 1-1 sessions or remotely/independently through the TrueCoach app so you build competence, confidence, and autonomy in base movements, a more resilient mindset, the application of intensity, and how to communicate with me as your coach.
4 | Reclaim Your Freedom
You are consistently and successfully applying the skills you've learned to live a pain-free, active life! You can continue with proper dosing of your custom programming, in person or remotely, with ongoing guidance from me to safely pursue and progress activities outside of the gym or choose to pursue your training independently. Either way, you have done the work to reclaim your physical freedom, safely and confidently!
